These metal weights are well-made. I’ve even dropped them a few times and they look brand-new. They weights are streamlined so it’s easy to workout with my vest. I actually I guess the reason why other weighted accessories use sand-bags is because they are dirt-cheap to make but the problem is they are bulk and they break .

Finally weights that keep your vest cool. It really makes my run more comfortable…even while wearing a weighted vest!! The only reason I didn’t give the weights a 5-start rating is that I bought the vest and wore it for a year before the company announced the new ‘Cooling Technology!’ Hey, Power Wearhouse this is a big deal….you should’ve told me sooner.
