FEES & TIMES

Q. When will I receive my order?

You will receive your parcel within 2-3 business days of placing your order.
Timelines reflect total order processing and shipping times. 

Weighted goods are obviously heavy and therefore relatively costly to ship. Shipping to the U.S. and Canada are FREE. For international orders, we ask that you contribute $30 towards shipping and we will cover the rest!

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES OR RURAL ZIP CODES?

Yes. It would be our pleasure.

DO YOU SHIP TO AN APO/FPO/DPO ADDRESS?

Yes. We can ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY TRACKING SAYS MY ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE?

Oh no! Please contact our Customer Service Representative, Dixie Anne, via info@powerwearhouse.com within 10 days of the delivery date so she can investigate further.

CHANGING OR CANCELLATION ORDERS

Should you need to modify  an order, please email our customer service representative, Dixie Anne at info@powerwearhouse.com and she will gladly do her best to address your issue.

PAYMENT

Q. What are my payment options?

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and Amex credit cards. We cannot split payments between accounts. Please note orders are subject to review.


Q. When will I be charged for my order?

You will be charged when you place your order. Your order will be processing within 72 hours.

Q. What currency is the site in?

Prices on the Canadian site are in Canadian dollars. All dollar amounts on the US/International website are presented in US currency.

Q. What if I am ordering with a Canadian credit card on the US/International Website?

The charges to your credit card will reflect the current exchange rate from CAD to USD. Please note that this rate is determined by your credit company.

Additionally, your credit card company may charge you an international transaction fee for these orders. To find out more, it’s best to check with your credit card company prior to placing your order.

CANADA & U.S. SHIPPING

Shipping is on us (free) to Canada and the U.S.

Once shipped we will provide updates on your shipping status.

INTERNATIONAL SHOPPING

Q. What is the shipping fee and how quickly can I expect my order?

A standard  shipping fee of $30 USD applies to all international orders.

Your delivery is expected to arrive within 5-10 business days. Once shipped you will receive email updates on your shipping status.

Q. When will my order ship?

Your items will be processed and shipped within 72 hours of the order being placed. Please note that standard international shipping fees do not include taxes duties and they may differ depending on your region.

Q. Will you ship to an international P.O. box?

We will not ship to P.O. Boxes outside of Canada and the U.S.

Q. Can you adjust the value of my order?

No. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package content.

Q. Can all items ship internationally?

Yes.

Power WearHouse Returns Policy

If you’re having second thoughts about your purchase, don’t worry; you have 30 days from the order date to return it.

Q. How can I make an online return or exchange?

Return Policy
Simply mail your merchandise in its original packaging along with your Packing Slip, Sales Receipt or Order Confirmation email within 30 days of your original purchase. You may want to choose a return shipping method that gives you the ability to track your return shipment. Please note, you will not be reimbursed for the cost of the return shipment and we do not accept COD.

Exchange Policy
Power Wearhouse covers the return shipping fees for exchanges. Please contact our Customer Service at dixieanne.grieve@powerwearhouse.com to process the exchange.


Q. Are there any conditions for returns or exchanges?

We’ll need your items to be unwashed and unworn, with the hangtag still attached. For online returns, please contact us within 30 days of placing  your order.

Q. What items are final sale?

Final sale items will be clearly indicated on the site.

Q. What if my item doesn’t meet the return requirements, what do I do?

We really want you to be a happy customer, please contact us to discuss the issue with your items.
