FEES & TIMES

Q. When will I receive my order?

You will receive your parcel within 3-8 business days of placing your order.
Timelines reflect total order processing and shipping times.

Weighted goods are obviously heavy and therefore relatively costly to ship.
We ask that you contribute $9.99 towards shipping and we will cover the rest!

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES OR RURAL ZIP CODES?

Yes. It would be our pleasure.

DO YOU SHIP TO AN APO/FPO/DPO ADDRESS?

Yes. We can ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address, however transit times can take up to 45 business days.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY TRACKING SAYS MY ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE?

Oh no! Please contact our Customer Service Representative, Otis, via info@powerwearhouse.com within 10 days of the delivery date so he can investigate further.

CHANGING OR CANCELLATION ORDERS

Should you need to modify  an order, please email our customer service representative, Otis at info@powerwearhouse.com and he will gladly do his best to address your issue.

PAYMENT

Q. What are my payment options?

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and Amex credit cards. We cannot split payments between accounts. Please note orders are subject to review.

However, we have a payment over-time program:
Just click on ‘Easy Payment Options.”

Q. When will I be charged for my order?

You will be charged when you place your order. Your order will be processing within 72 hours.

Q. What currency is the site in?

Prices on the Canadian site are in Canadian dollars. All dollar amounts on the US/International website are presented in US currency.

Q. What if I am ordering with a Canadian credit card on the US/International Website?

The charges to your credit card will reflect the current exchange rate from CAD to USD. Please note that this rate is determined by your credit company.

Additionally, your credit card company may charge you an international transaction fee for these orders. To find out more, it’s best to check with your credit card company prior to placing your order.

CANADA & U.S. SHIPPING

A standard shipping fee of $9.99 USD applies to all orders. (2-9 business days)
If you prefer your parcel to arrive faster (1-7 business days), please select the expedited shipping option. A shipping fee of $14.99 USD will apply.

Once shipped we will provide updates on your shipping status.


INTERNATIONAL SHOPPING

Q. What is the shipping fee and how quickly can I expect my order?

A standard  shipping fee of $30 USD applies to all international orders.

Your delivery is expected to arrive within 5-10 business days. Once shipped you will receive email updates on your shipping status.

Q. When will my order ship?

Your items will be processed and shipped within 72 hours of the order being placed. Please note that standard international shipping fees do not include taxes duties and they may differ depending on your region.

Q. How much duty and taxes will I have to pay

We're unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as this information will vary by country. Please note that if you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.

Q. Will you ship to an international P.O. box?

We will not ship to P.O. Boxes outside of Canada and the U.S.

Q. Can you adjust the value of my order?

No. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package content.

Q. Can all items ship internationally?

Yes.

Power WearHouse Returns Policy

If you're having second thoughts about your purchase, don't worry; you have 30 days from the order date to return it.

Q. How can I make an online return or exchange?

  1. Contact our Customer Service Representative, Otis, at info@powerwearhouse.com to receive a return and print your shipping label.
  2. Place your item(s) in the reusable shipping bag or box.
  3. Tape the shipping label to the outside of the package and make sure that the barcode portion of the label is visible.
  4. Drop off your package as directed in your “return” email.
  5. We’ll refund you within 15-20 business days of receiving your package and send you an email when this transaction has taken place.


Q. Are there any conditions for returns or exchanges?

We'll need your items to be unwashed and unworn, with the hangtag still attached. For online returns, we'll contact us within 30 days of placing  your order.

Q. What items are final sale?

Final sale items will be clearly indicated on the site.

Q. What if my item doesn’t meet the return requirements, what do I do?

We really want you to be a happy customer, please contact us to discuss the issue with your items.
