Exchange Policy

Our exchange policy is effective for 30 days. To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging. We want you to love your purchase and we'll work hard to help get you the exact item you need. For exchanges (if applicable), please email info@powerwearhouse.com with your full name, order number, item description and the reason for your exchange. We don’t accept returns.

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item for exchange item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

Please make sure to read our item descriptions carefully. Please bear in mind that photo may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display.

We are more than happy to exchange an item that is not quite right. We care deeply about getting you the right product! Conditions for exchange must be one of the following:

  • Faulty Product: If the product has a manufacturing defect.
  • Wrong Item Sent: If we send you the wrong product, color or size.
  • Ordered Wrong Size or Wrong Product: You ordered wrong size or product
  • Incorrectly Provided Address: If you made an error in the address. Packages returned to us can be shipped again at the cost of the re-shipment. We don’t refund, we are happy to reship. We cannot be held responsible for orders not received due to incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer at time of purchase. 

EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

Please follow these instructions for Return Request: 

  • Send an email with your order number in the subject line to info@powerwearhouse.com
  • Please include the following in your email:
    - A photo of the product and a close-up photo of the problem area
    - A specific description of the problem with the item
    - The Order Number - If there are multiple products in an order, please indicate the product with the issue

    Our support team will respond within 2 business days and Return Instructions will be provided.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Items received that are defective or damaged will be replaced with the same item free of charge.
